Job summary

The PACT Assistant Director drives strategic planning and program leadership to revitalize Columbus' Near East Side, reporting to the Executive Director. This senior role requires strong operations expertise and the ability to align initiatives with long-term community transformation goals.

You will lead the full lifecycle of project development, supervise consultants and interns, develop work plans with KPIs, and prepare clear updates for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree in relevant field may be desirable.
• 6 years of relevant experience required.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle of program and project development from concept through implementation and evaluation.
• Supervise project consultants and interns, develop detailed work plans and KPIs, and prepare updates for stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and align initiatives with long-term community transformation goals.
