Job summary

The Assistant Director, Partners Achieving Community Transformation (PACT) at Ohio State University leads the end-to-end development of neighborhood revitalization initiatives on Columbus Near East Side, reporting to the Executive Director.

This senior role blends strategic planning, program operations, and cross‑functional collaboration to execute projects, supervise consultants and interns, track KPIs, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6 years of relevant experience required.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in community development or neighborhood revitalization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of program and project development from concept through implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Supervise project consultants and interns and manage detailed work plans.
• Establish key performance indicators and prepare clear, timely updates and reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and partners to align strategy with operations and resources.
• Translate complex ideas for diverse audiences and build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
