• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare operations.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience overseeing multiple programs.
• Experience with CalAIM initiatives (ECM, Community Supports, Justice-Involved) preferred.
