Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Program Operations Manager (POM) responsible for all operations within the Ground Based Radar Digitization program. You will partner with a cross-functional team across factories to develop and execute manufacturing strategies that meet cost, schedule and technical performance targets.

You will drive end-to-end manufacturing plans, establish BOMs, and manage opportunities and risks while coordinating with program leadership. A DoD Secret clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering or Program/Project Management.
• Experience with shop floor execution and resource planning systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government DoD security clearance (citizenship required).
• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field (or advanced degree).

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute product line strategies to meet cost, quality and schedule goals.
• Drive capital strategy, manufacturing strategy, and make/buy/where decisions.
• Establish BOM and executable build plan with program and factory teams.
• Develop an executable manufacturing plan and manage related risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate gate reviews and implement strategies from early gate reviews.
• Lead cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, quality and supply chain.
