Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Program Operations Manager (POM) for the Ground Based Radar Digitization program. You will partner with program leadership and manufacturing sites to develop and execute a manufacturing strategy that delivers cost, schedule and technical performance. The role is onsite in the United States and requires U.S.

citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance. You will own BOM, build plan, manufacturing plan, and risk/opportunity management, and lead

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, and/or Program/Project Management.
• Experience with manufacturing/shop floor execution and resource planning systems.
• Financial/budgets and/or risk & opportunity management / experience with EACs.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Shape, develop and execute strategies and objectives of the product line to achieve cost, quality and schedule goals.
• Drive front end of the business activities including capital strategy & execution and manufacturing strategy.
• Work with program and factory teams to establish accurate BOM and executable build plan.
• Establish an executable manufacturing plan and manage operations specific risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate and develop operations requirements for all gate reviews and execute proposed strategies from early gate reviews.
