Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Project Administrator to provide high-level program, operational, and administrative support across multiple programs and sites. The role requires DoW Secret clearance, U.S.

citizenship, and a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience. You will coordinate job postings, onboarding, government access, and credential transfers, serving as a liaison among program leadership, site teams, and internal departments.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in project/program administration or operations.
• The ability to obtain/maintain a DoW Secret security clearance.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level project, administrative, and operational support to program managers and leadership across multiple programs and sites.
• Coordinate program job requisitions, postings, and onboarding/offboarding in collaboration with hiring managers and Recruiting.
• Monitor onboarding activities and manage government access requests and credentials across sites.
• Track timelines, tasks, and deliverables, communicating status and issues to leadership.
• Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support stand-up and management of a Serco office in Bremerton, WA and ensure adherence to Serco policies.
