Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret security clearance.
• US citizenship.
• Master's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field; or Bachelor's with 5+ years relevant experience.
• 12 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in DoD programs.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex organizations and deliver operational excellence.
• Experience managing large-scale business operations with P&L responsibility.
• Strategic planning, business development, and customer relationship management in the DoD.
• Strong executive communication and leadership with senior government and industry stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic growth and operational performance of a DoD portfolio exceeding $150M in annual revenue.
• Provide executive direction to Directors for Navy Acquisition, Modernization, and In-Service Maintenance programs.
• Develop and execute strategies to support growth, customer satisfaction, and objectives.
• Manage portfolio financial performance, including revenue, profitability, forecasting, and cost management.
• Drive development of innovative, tech-enabled solutions addressing customer requirements.
• Serve as liaison with senior government stakeholders, industry partners, and Serco leadership.
• Spearhead business development, pipeline expansion, capture, and organic growth in DoD markets.
• Develop workforce, talent, and succession plans to ensure leadership continuity.
• Lead organizational change and continuous improvement aligned with market needs.
• Manage risks across operations, contracts, and programs while maintaining quality and satisfaction.
• Partner with leadership to align objectives with Serco's vision and goals.
