Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks an Operations Vice President of Defense Programs to lead a major DoD portfolio with $150M+ annual revenue and a workforce of 360+ employees worldwide. You will provide executive leadership, shape strategy, and drive performance across Navy acquisition and In-Service contracts.

This role requires an active DoW Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and a proven track record managing large, complex defense programs.

Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret security clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Master's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field, or Bachelor's with 5 years of relevant experience.
• 12+ years of leadership experience in DoD programs and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic growth and operational performance of a large DoD portfolio exceeding $150M in annual revenue.
• Provide executive leadership to directors responsible for Navy Acquisition, Modernization, and In-Service Maintenance programs.
• Set and execute strategies, objectives, and priorities to drive growth, satisfaction, and long-term goals.
• Oversee portfolio financial performance, forecasting, cost management, and profitability.
