Job summary

Textron Systems in Hunt Valley, MD is seeking a dedicated Program Master Scheduler to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for programs in our Weapons Systems segment. You’ll work across Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations to develop, manage and report on schedules and EV metrics.

The role requires 6–10+ years in scheduling within engineering or manufacturing, with expertise in Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Qualifications

• 6+ years scheduling experience in engineering development or manufacturing (Level III).
• 10+ years scheduling experience for Level IV; DoD program experience a plus.
• Proven ability to Baselining, tracking schedules, and presenting EV metrics.
• Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project or Deltek OpenPlan.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedule compliant with DIDs and WBS standards.
• Collaborate with PMs, CAMs, and WPMs to capture monthly accomplishments and needs.
• Provide schedule performance metrics and risk analyses to leadership.
• Support EVM process reviews and ensure cost-schedule integration.
