Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Fremont, CA is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the design, plan, and development of internal Warehouse Management Systems and inventory dashboards, partnering with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver a robust ERP environment.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, strong communication and leadership, and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Travel up to 25% is expected. Salary ranges are aligned with market norms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience.
5+ years PM experience with ERP or IT projects.
Experience with WMS/Inventory processes preferred.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
Willing to travel up to 25%.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to lead IT/functional teams and manage stakeholders.
PMP/CSM certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Oversee design, plan, and development of internal WMS and inventory apps, dashboards, and reporting.
Collaborate with technical, process, and functional teams to integrate business logic with ERP.
Liaise between end users and IT to develop and improve business processes.
Develop programs leveraging data warehouses to provide stakeholder visibility.
Coordinate ERP development with user requirements, testing, and sign-off.
Prioritize projects to meet milestones.
Test ERP infrastructure and address gaps with IT.
Manage large and multiple small projects.
Analyze and translate business needs to IT resources.
Track and report status: schedule, budget, milestones, risks.
