Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks a seasoned Project Manager to oversee design and development of internal ERP, WMS, and Inventory applications. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate business requirements into IT solutions, and manage project milestones and risk.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and experience with Agile/Waterfall and SDLC governance. Travel up to 25% may be required, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years related project management experience.
• Preferred understanding of Warehouse and Inventory Management including inbound/outbound processes.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact with internal technical teams and drive resources.
• Strong leadership to coordinate IT, functional and technical teams.
• Experience managing initiatives from concept to deliverable with SDLC governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, plan and development of Hyve’s internal WMS and Inventory applications, dashboards and reporting.
• Work with teams to integrate business logic with Hyve's ERP system.
• Act as liaison between end users and IT teams to develop and improve ERP processes.
• Develop and deploy programs leveraging data warehouses for stakeholder visibility.
• Coordinate ERP development with user requirements, testing, and integration.
• Prioritize projects and manage milestones/budgets/risks.
• Test ERP infrastructure and perform vulnerability assessments with IT resources.
• Manage large-scale and multiple smaller projects.
• Translate business needs to internal IT resources with clear communications.
• Track development statuses for management and stakeholders.
