For our client, we are seeking a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will shape and drive long-range technical program strategy across complex systems and cross-functional initiatives. The position calls for a seasoned program leader who can translate business objectives into executable technical plans while influencing engineering partners through deep systems understanding. You will own end-to-end execution, manage dependencies, and help ensure critical technical programs are delivered with clarity, discipline, and measurable business impact.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $195,714 – $307,850 annually

• Analyze business objectives and define long-term strategy and roadmap collaboratively
• Translate business needs into prioritized technical systems problems
• Create actionable plans for specific systems programs such as machine learning and performance optimization

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience as a Development Manager or Technical Program Manager

• Proven understanding of complex systems architecture
• Willingness to gain deep domain expertise
• Ability to grasp system flows, block architectures, and APIs without programming skills
• Experience managing end-to-end technical programs
