The ideal candidate has 12+ years in program management, a related Bachelor's (Masters preferred), and may hold DAU DAWIA or CI Poly credentials; TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain is required, with a focus on risk, cost, and performance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in the labor category, with recent work in the last 2 years.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
• Certification- DAU DAWIA or Back-2-Basics Program Management is desired.
• Security clearance TS/SCI with CI POLY or ability to obtain CI POLY.

Responsibilities

• Manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met and resources are used effectively.
• Identifies and mitigates cost, schedule, performance, and risk across projects.
• Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems and maintains stakeholder relationships.
