Job summary

SAIC is seeking an experienced Program Manager in Suitland, MD to lead contract execution and IT program oversight. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, with responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and coordinating with government leadership.

The candidate will oversee all technical efforts, ensure ISO compliance, and manage personnel across data centers, networks, and applications, delivering schedules, risks, and quality plans.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Experience as a Program Manager handling complex contracts.
• Strong engagement with government leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and report on contract execution, including all technical efforts.
• Engage with government leadership to establish priorities, resource utilization, and resolve program issues.
• Support the COR with budget, expenditures, and workload tracking.
• Deliver financial forecasting and reporting; oversee personnel and IT system administration under the IS owner.
• Plan ISO requirements across data centers, networks, telecoms infrastructure, servers, systems, services and applications; coordinate kickoff meetings and execution plans.
