Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support a federal government client. The role involves directing project operations to ensure schedules are met, resources are allocated efficiently, and strong customer relationships are maintained.

Required is PMP certification, a Bachelor's degree in Intelligence or related field, and 10+ years of management experience. TS/SCI with CI POLY clearance or ability to obtain is required.

• Salary range: $110,000 - $150,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and the abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.
• Description: Shall manage project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers.
• Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities.
• Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems.

Job Requirements:

• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP). Bachelor's Degree in Intelligence or related field, and a minimum of 10 years combined management experience.
• Required Education:
• High School Diploma- 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Associate's degree- 16 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor's Degree- 14 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Master's Degree- 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Security Clearance: Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.
• Location: Fort Meade, MD.
