Job summary

VTG seeks a Program Manager in Chantilly, VA to lead a high-visibility program on-site, coordinating VTG workforce, subcontractors, executive leadership and IC customer daily to ensure mission success.

The role requires TS/SCI with Poly, 15 years of program leadership experience, and close customer collaboration on-site, while developing future leaders and integrating back-office functions across contracts, security, finance, staffing and HR.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Poly required.
• 15 years' experience; with relevant experience on a program or organization at the same size/scope.
• Knowledge and experience with the IC customer.
• Work on customer site; side by side with the customer daily
• Direct engagement with subcontract workforce and leadership
• Building future leaders and providing career development opportunities for the workforce
• Effectively integrating with other TOs/company PMs
• Direct engagement with subcontract workforce and leadership

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical direction to VTG workforce and managers.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to execute the program and adhere to agreements.
• Drive program reporting to VTG executive leadership and align with VTG strategy.
• Engage daily with IC customer leadership to ensure contractual obligations and mission support.
