Job summary

RenXTech, a wholly owned subsidiary of Buchanan & Edwards, seeks a Program Manager with a active TS/SCI clearance and poly to oversee a government program from RenXTech's McLean, VA area. You’ll coordinate with Sponsors’ Contracts Officer and COTR, ensuring personnel alignment with contracts and timely delivery of all contract deliverables.

The role requires 5+ years IC experience on sponsor programs, plus 2+ years as a Prime PM at Sponsor-site.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with poly required.
• 5+ years of IC experience in Sponsor agency.
• 2+ years as a Prime contractor PM at Sponsor-site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program performance and communication with Sponsors’ CO, COTR, and GTMs.
• Ensure contractor personnel meet program requirements (labor hours, deliverables).
• Deliver all contract deliverables on time or ahead of schedule.
