Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services in Virginia is seeking a Program Manager/Technical SME to lead all aspects of a challenging contract, including technical, staffing, cost, schedule and security performance, with accountability to the Sponsor. The role requires eight to ten years of program management experience on large programs, a Bachelor's Degree, and TS/SCI with Poly clearance; PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of the Sponsor's organization and ability to meet Sponsor requirements.
• 5+ years of experience with programmatic forecasting, cost and budgets.
• 8–10 years of program management experience on large, complex programs.
• Procurement, leadership, security, cost management experience.
• Strong security and personnel security standards knowledge.
• Excellent people skills, sound judgment, and situational awareness.
• Ability to work under stress and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent organizational, reporting, and briefing skills.
• Computer literacy and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary focal point for contract performance (technical, staffing, cost, schedule, security).
• Plan, direct, schedule and manage timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
• Be primary contact for Sponsor for performance and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain plans, procedures and policies for security.
• Implement and manage transition activities for program start-up.
• Manage procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing, supplier management.
• Ensure program compliance with security processes.
• Collaborate with corporate functions to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and deliver reports and organize Sponsor meetings.
• Manage a program management team.
• Other duties as assigned.
