Job summary

XPECT Solutions, LLC is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to serve as the government’s primary point of contact and provide technical and administrative supervision for all contractor personnel on the program.

You will manage scope, schedule, and budget, and interface daily with the customer unit-level supervisor, driving standardization of processes and tracking. The role requires a Top Secret clearance with CI Poly, on-site work at the DC location up to five days a week, and a track record of

Qualifications

• Government contracting experience preferred.
• Top Secret clearance with CI Poly required or obtainable.
• 10 years of experience including 7 years in management and program oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes to enhance project delivery.
• Oversee delivery team and daily government interactions.
• Engage with government customers to align needs and expectations.
• Ensure priorities align with Division, Section and Unit initiatives.
• Enforce change control policies and risk management methodologies.
• Track team allocations and coverage with project leads.
• Mitigate scope creep within quarterly release cycles.
• Maintain project P&L goals and deliverables.
• Maintain repository of all project deliverables.
