Job summary

North Point Technology is looking for a Senior/Mid Helpdesk / Access Manager to work at Fort Belvoir, VA. This role requires active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and validating access to critical Army intelligence databases.

The candidate will work closely within the Intelligence Community to ensure security alignment, provide Tier 2 database support, and oversee various access management tasks. A bachelor's degree and extensive experience in relevant fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience with M3 and system Communities of Interest.
• Experience with PKI Trusted Agent activities and verifying security clearance.
• Understanding of complex security classification procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage access to IC PKI-enabled databases.
• Provide Tier 2 database support including troubleshooting.
• Maintain the Army organization structure within JEMS.
