Job summary

Eversource is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Transmission in Massachusetts. You will develop, monitor, and report on financial and schedule project controls metrics for the regional department.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to support the Transmission organization and ensure alignment with the Long-Range Plan. Responsibilities include budgeting, KPI development, and providing financial guidance, with a focus on accurate forecasting and risk mitigation across MA/CT/NH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, finance, business, statistics, or related field.
• Strong technical, quantitative, and analytical skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor KPIs, including schedule milestones, forecast, and spend-to-date.
• Assist with annual budgeting and long-range planning for CAPEX and PIS.
• Provide regional portfolio status reports and financial guidance for forecasting.
