Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical (e.g., engineering, environmental, renewable energy) or related business discipline
• 5+ years of related experience in program or project management
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate clearly
• Experience with electric infrastructure development and related regulatory considerations

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ESMP transmission and substation projects from early development to handoff
• Lead cross-functional teams across planning, engineering, real estate, legal, regulatory, and engagement
• Develop schedules and budgets for early-stage projects and ensure alignment with policies and programs
• Support development and documentation of company policies on transmission project development and execution
• Collaborate with stakeholders to track progress, metrics, and milestones across the ESMP program
