Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Transmission in Massachusetts to lead financial and schedule controls, KPI development, and reporting for the regional transmission program. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, finance, business, statistics, math, or related field.
4–6 years of related experience in program management or transmission projects.
Strong Excel, MS Office, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Assist budgeting and Long-Range Planning for CAPEX and PIS by month, quarter, and fiscal year.
Develop and monitor KPIs to track and report project progress (schedule milestones, forecast, and spend-to-date).
Maintain system of record for project status, schedule, and financial performance to align with Long-Range Plan.
Provide regional portfolio status reports for monthly workplan meetings and reports.
Coordinate with project management and eBuilder on project records and requests.
Identify training needs and develop/lead training with SMEs for consistency.
Provide financial guidance for project-level forecasting aligned with year-end targets.
