Job summary

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is desired.
- Eight years of program-management experience is typical for candidates with a bachelor’s degree.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies is expected, and PMP certification is desired.
- Proficiency with program-management and collaboration tools like Monday.com, Teams, SharePoint, and Office is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Leading complex programs that may span multiple business functions and related projects.
- Translating strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans.
- Managing day-to-day program activities, resources, interdependencies, risks, and issues.
- Establishing governance and aligning sponsors and stakeholders with project goals.
- Preparing status reports, proposals, requirements, and executive communications.
