TriNet is a leading provider of comprehensive HR solutions for SMBs and seeks a senior transformation leader in Atlanta. You will drive value-stream initiatives, lead cross-functional teams, and influence stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will monitor blockers, guide prioritization, and champion new ways of working while aligning with business goals and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs with clear value-stream outcomes.
• Ability to influence cross-functionally and manage expectations across teams.
• Proven track record delivering final outcomes within governance structures.
• Strong leadership managing day-to-day operations of core teams and ceremonies.
• Experience removing blockers and managing prioritized backlogs with customers in mind.

Responsibilities

• Lead sub-stream transformation and deliver stated outcomes.
• Influence planning and prioritize sub-streams within the value stream.
• Allocate funding and resources to initiatives and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on priorities and outcomes.
• Resolve cross-initiative blockers and drive execution to plan.
• Promote adoption of new ways of working and uphold standards.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback and coach matrixed teams.
• Performs other duties as assigned and ensures policy compliance.
