The ideal candidate is a trusted adviser and influential leader who can turn strategy into coordinated execution and measurable business outcomes.The Staff Program Manager is responsible for leading the execution of complex, cross-functional transformation programs aligned with TriNet’s strategic priorities and business goals. Working within a value-stream model, this role connects strategy to execution by coordinating teams, resources, milestones, dependencies, risks, and organizational readiness across multiple initiatives and lines of business.The Staff Program Manager partners with program sponsors, business leaders, product teams, technology teams, operations, and other stakeholders to define success, establish effective governance, and maintain alignment throughout the program lifecycle. The role requires strong executive communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, negotiation, facilitation, and organizational skills. Candidates should be comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities, and working with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is desired. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree will typically bring at least eight years of program-management experience. Knowledge of agile methodologies is expected, and PMP certification is desired. Advanced experience with program-management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office is also preferred.The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA, and the salary range for this location is $89,600.00 to $168,000.00. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the company’s discretion.
