Responsibilities

• Lead sub-stream transformation and achieve defined outcomes.
• Influence planning and prioritization within the Value Stream.
• Allocate funding and resources to initiatives and manage cross-initiative dependencies.
• Drive adoption of new ways of working and ensure adherence to standards.
• Provide performance feedback and support matrixed teams to succeed.
