Responsibilities

• Execute sub-stream transformation and achieve stated outcomes.
• Influence planning and sub-stream priorities within the Value Stream.
• Allocate funding and resources to initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to trade-off outcomes.
• Resolve cross-initiative issues and remove barriers.
• Drive adoption of new ways of working and standards.
• Guide shared resources and support performance feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
