Job summary

TriNet, Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Staff Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional transformation programs across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, enterprise setting. You will translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, coordinate resources and risks, and report to executives.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of program-management experience, a strong grasp of agile methods, and experience with Monday.com, Teams, SharePoint and Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8+ years of program-management experience.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies; PMP certification desired.
• Experience with Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional transformation programs across multiple initiatives.
• Translate strategy into roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate teams, resources, risks, and governance across programs.
• Provide clear status reports, proposals, requirements, and executive communications.
• Ensure stakeholder requirements are reflected in delivery plans and outcomes.
