Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, or transformation.
• Practical use of AI/automation to improve business work and outcomes.
• Strong financial and data literacy with clear analyses.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product-development and business-transformation initiatives end-to-end.
• Build integrated plans across waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery environments.
• Provide concise, evidence-based reporting for sponsors, governance, Finance, and leaders.
• Develop/improve tools and dashboards for accessible, actionable information.
• Identify and prioritize responsible AI and automation opportunities with governance partners.
