Pearson is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead cross-functional business transformation initiatives, drive AI-enabled processes, and partner with Finance and technology teams for modernization. You will influence portfolio planning, reporting, and governance across global teams while balancing program delivery with transformation enablement.

Competenze

Proven success leading complex projects/programs with scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and dependencies.
Experience in business analysis, process improvement, or transformations.
Practical use of AI, automation, analytics, or digital tools to improve business work.
Strong financial and data literacy for reconciling information and identifying patterns.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 and related tools; familiarity with Azure DevOps and AI tooling.
