Pearson is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Program Manager for Business Transformation & AI Enablement to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to realization. You will blend project discipline, business analysis, process improvement, and AI-enabled solutions to modernize operations and improve decision-making.

Qualifications

Demonstrated success leading complex projects or programs with scope, schedule, budget, and outcomes.
Experience in business analysis, process improvement, and transformation.
Practical experience using AI/automation to improve business work.

Responsabilités

Lead cross-functional product-development and business-transformation initiatives from discovery through delivery and transition to operations.
Build integrated plans across waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery environments.
Provide concise reporting for sponsors, governance forums, Finance, and leaders.
Identify opportunities to improve cycle time, quality, cost, and scalability through automation.
