Pearson seeks a Senior Program Manager for Business Transformation & AI Enablement to lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery and transition to operations. You will coordinate product-development and transformation programs while aligning with finance, governance, and strategic plans.

This role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows, responsible automation, and continuous improvement, balancing program delivery with modernization.

Qualifications

Proven success leading complex programs with scope, schedule, and budget accountability.
Experience in business analysis, process improvement, or transformation.
Practical use of AI, automation, analytics, or digital tools to improve business outcomes.
Strong financial and data literacy with ability to build clear analyses and communicate implications.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365; familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, Visio, SharePoint, and PM software.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional product-development and business-transformation initiatives from discovery through delivery and transition to operations.
Build integrated plans across waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery environments; adapt approach to the work.
Provide concise, evidence-based reporting for sponsors, governance, Finance, and senior leaders.
