Qualifications

• Proven success leading complex programs with scope, schedule, budget.
• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, or transformation.
• Experience applying AI/automation to improve business work.
• Strong financial and data literacy with clear analyses.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Excel.
• Ability to communicate with executives.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product-development and business-transformation initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Build integrated plans across waterfall, Agile, and hybrid environments.
• Provide concise reporting for sponsors, governance forums, Finance and senior leaders.
• Support strategic planning, budget development, forecasting, and portfolio reviews.
• Develop tools and dashboards to ensure actionable information.
• Partner with Finance for day-to-day financial reporting and visibility.
• Identify opportunities to improve cycle time, quality, cost, and scalability via automation and AI.
