Pearson is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Business Transformation & AI Enablement to lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery and transition to operations in our Enterprise PMO. You will translate complex business needs into practical AI-enabled solutions while balancing governance, budgets, and timelines across global teams.

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead complex programs with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
Experience in business analysis, process improvement, and operational transformation.
Practical experience using AI, automation, analytics, or digital tools to drive business outcomes.
Strong financial and data literacy; able to reconcile data and communicate implications.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365; strong Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, Visio, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps.
PMP, PgMP, Agile or related credential preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional product-development and business-transformation initiatives from discovery through delivery and transition to operations.
Develop integrated plans across waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery environments; adapt the approach to the work rather than applying methodology mechanically.
Provide concise, evidence-based reporting for project teams, sponsors, governance forums, Finance, and senior leaders.
Support business leaders with annual and long-range strategic planning, budget development, forecasting, actuals tracking, project coding, capacity planning, and portfolio reviews.
Identify business process pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve cycle time, quality, cost, scalability, and user experience through automation, AI and modernization efforts.
Lead change with stakeholder analysis, communications, training, adoption measures, and reinforcement.
