Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Senior Program Manager in the Business Transformation & AI Enablement space to steer cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation and benefits realization.

You will balance program delivery with transformation work, integrate financial planning, capacity and governance, and partner with Finance, technology, and global teams to turn ambiguous needs into aligned, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex projects or programs with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and risks.
• Background in business analysis, process improvement, or transformation.
• Practical experience using AI, automation, analytics to improve business work with measurable outcomes.
• Strong financial and data literacy; able to reconcile information and communicate implications.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills; strong Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, Visio, SharePoint and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product-development and business-transformation initiatives from discovery through delivery and transition to operations.
• Build integrated plans across waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery environments and adapt approach to the work.
• Provide concise, evidence-based reporting for project teams, sponsors, governance, Finance, and senior leaders.
