Job summary

Pearson seeks a Senior Program Manager, Business Transformation & AI Enablement to lead cross-functional programs from discovery through delivery and transition to operations. You will coordinate product-development and internal transformation initiatives, balancing waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches to maximize value.

You will collaborate with Finance, technology teams, and global stakeholders to turn ambiguous needs into actionable plans, ensuring governance, reporting, and measurable

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex programs with scope, schedule, budget, and risk accountability.
• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, and transformation.
• Ability to describe AI/automation initiatives and outcomes with business value.
• Strong financial and data literacy with clear analyses and implications.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product-development and business-transformation initiatives from discovery through delivery and transition to operations.
• Build integrated plans across waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery environments; adapt approach to the work.
• Provide concise, evidence-based reporting for project teams, sponsors, governance forums, Finance and senior leaders.
• Develop/improve tools and dashboards for information accessibility and actionability.
• Partner with Finance for day-to-day financial reporting, capacity reporting, and troubleshooting.
