Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Business Transformation & AI Enablement to lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery to operations, blending project management, business analysis, and AI-enabled solutions.

You will partner with Finance, technology, and global teams to deliver measurable value, standardize processes, and accelerate responsible AI adoption while maintaining governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading complex projects or programs with scope, schedule, budget and risks.
• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, or transformation.
• Experience using AI, automation and analytics to improve business work.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product-development and business-transformation initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Build integrated plans across waterfall, Agile and hybrid environments.
• Provide concise reporting for sponsors, governance, Finance and senior leaders.
• Develop tools and dashboards to ensure information is accessible and actionable.
