Job summary

Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a Senior Program Manager to provide senior guidance during program scoping, timelines, and budgets, and to manage consolidated program budgets and work-back schedules through the life of client programs.

The role acts as the senior agency advocate on accounts, monitors scope creep, and coordinates monthly client partner bill-backs with Finance and Account Management. Strong leadership of PM teams and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in corporate environments with team leadership.
• Experience managing marketing and advertising programs and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversees agency workflow processes and aligns timelines with internal teams.
• Drives annual workflow planning and ensures budgets and campaign architecture alignment.
• Manages programs from estimation through launch and maintenance, on time and on budget.
• Directs day-to-day PM activities and training for assigned accounts.
• Monitors program scopes, schedules, and weekly budgets; prevents scope creep.
