Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Business Administration, or closely related human services field
• Three years of professional experience in program planning, implementation, or performance monitoring in government or human services
• One year of supervisory or managerial experience overseeing professional staff
• Preferred: Two years leading multi-jurisdictional workgroups or serving as liaison to federal/state oversight entities
• Preferred: Two years using enterprise-level data analytics or electronic case management systems for program evaluation
• Preferred: Two years tracking expenditures and monitoring contract compliance

Responsibilities

• Direct statewide implementation of Maryland’s Adult Protective Services in compliance with federal rule
• Oversight of policy development, standardized assessment tools, and quality assurance frameworks across all 24 jurisdictions
• Collaborate with state partners to integrate APS into the Longevity Ready Maryland initiative and ensure person-centered interventions
