Job summary

  • Advanced training and policy guidance experience in Adult Protective Services (APS).
  • Strong ability to develop and deliver trainings and presentations for supervisors and investigative staff.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring investigators and transitioning trainees to independent field work.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as expert on APS systems, policy and procedures; conduct trainings and investigations.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training in the field and classroom.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive APS trainings to staff and supervisors.
  • Lead quality assurance reviews of APS investigations with constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with SHCP4s to support performance improvement and training.

Education

Master’s degree in social work, health science, public administration or related field
