Job summary

TechLink Resources, Inc. is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive large-scale programs centered on Identity Profiles and cross-platform experiences.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Architecture, Security, and Streaming teams to align roadmaps and milestones for customer-facing systems. Qualifications

• 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience leading large-scale software or engineering programs.
• Recent hands-on Technical Program Management experience.
• Experience leading large engineering development programs (50+ engineers).
• Strong technical understanding of backend systems and customer-facing products.
• Experience with identity, authentication, customer profiles, account management or streaming platforms.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, platform architecture and integrations.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Ability to create detailed work-back schedules and identify critical paths for technical feature delivery.
• Strong risk, dependency, milestone and stakeholder management.
• Excellent executive communication and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale technical programs involving multiple engineering teams.
• Drive programs involving customer profiles, identity linking, identity unification, account management, and cross-platform experiences.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to develop roadmaps, priorities, delivery plans, and milestones.
• Coordinate dependencies and integration points across engineering, platform, client, and business teams.
• Develop detailed program plans, work-back schedules, dependency maps, critical paths, and risk registers.
• Lead technical discussions with architects and engineering leaders to identify risks, constraints, and delivery challenges.
• Drive launch readiness, migration planning, implementation, and post-launch stabilization.
• Establish clear operating rhythms for program status, risks, decisions, milestones, and progress.
• Provide concise executive-level updates and reporting.
• Identify potential risks early and drive mitigation plans before they impact delivery.
• Improve program processes, governance, transparency, and execution across teams.

Lead Technical Program Manager – Identity Profiles

Location: Santa Monica, CA

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Program Manager to drive large-scale technical programs focused on Identity, Customer Profiles, and cross-platform digital experiences.

This role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Architecture, Security, Commerce, and Streaming teams to deliver complex identity and profile initiatives across customer-facing platforms.

The ideal candidate is a highly technical TPM who can understand complex systems, coordinate large engineering organizations, manage dependencies and risks, and provide clear communication to senior and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
