The LeadersTrust is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our program team. This role leads day-to-day management of Multi-Year Accompaniment portfolios, builds relationships with grantee partners, partners with 40+ Capacity Coaches, and serves as a trusted connection for foundation partners. You’ll help shape program direction by co-designing pilots, surfacing learnings, and mentoring teammates.

This is a highly collaborative, matrixed role reporting to a Sr. Program Director.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of experience leading nonprofit leadership development and capacity building (staff or consultant).
• Track record of managing multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish.
• Experience supporting Black, Indigenous, and People of Color–led/centered organizations.

Aufgaben

• Manage two funder portfolios of organizations (and co-lead 1–2 more) with responsive, high-quality support.
• Partner with Capacity Coaches by matching them with grantee partners and onboarding new coaches.
• Build lasting funder relationships to align goals with transparency and mutual accountability.
• Design and improve programs with funders and teammates, from pilots to proposals, budgets, and reporting.
• Capture and share learning to help The LeadersTrust grow and evolve.
