Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal grants management under 2 CFR Part 200 and Illinois grants administration under GATA.
• Knowledge of grant funding structures including roles of agencies, pass-through entities, and subrecipients.
• Knowledge of contracting processes and statement of work construction, including KPIs, scope, and schedule.
• Nonprofit fiscal operations, documentation requirements, and reimbursement processes for subrecipients.
• Knowledge of Illinois substance use policy and service systems relevant to grant programs.
• Understanding of implementation science and its application to subrecipient technical assistance.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned portfolio of subrecipient programs.
• Monitor performance and ensure deliverables and fiscal compliance.
• Manage complex relationships and make sound program decisions.
• Coordinate work across teams through influence rather than authority.
