Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in engineering or related technical field with 13+ years of program administration experience.
• Extensive program management knowledge and leadership skills including planning, scheduling, and coordinating workloads.
• Ability to lead direct reports and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately one week a month and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of the program(s) from conceptualization through completion, including acquisition, planning, and managing technical performance.
• Develop and coordinate program plans for multiple customers.
• Collaborate with engineering to establish design concepts, criteria, and engineering efforts.
• Interact with management and customers; lead program reviews and cross-functional coordination.
• Lead preparation of proposals, budgets, and contract terms; influence acquisitions and modifications.
• Ensure talent development and staffing are aligned with program needs.
• Identify issues and reallocate resources or modify requirements as needed.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing ones within the organization.
• Promote sound business practices and processes across the program.
• Pursue partnerships and alliances to enhance capabilities.
• Direct day-to-day programmatic activities and ensure timely CDRL delivery.
• Maintain security of proprietary technology.
