• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of the program from initiation through delivery and meet objectives.
• Develop program plans and coordinate delivery methods for a single customer.
• Collaborate with management, engineering, and customer representatives to meet technical, schedule, and financial goals.
• Lead development of proposals, statements of work, budgets, and contract terms.
