Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group seeks a Program Manager to lead the New Generation program for newbuilds and vessel refurbishments. You will coordinate with internal clients across shoreside and shipboard teams, gather data, analyze options, and drive critical projects to completion within time and budget constraints.

The role requires managing scope, milestones, and reporting, mentoring a small team, and maintaining strong communication with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a concentration in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience, with 2-3 years’ experience leading a team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to present to executives and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project; familiarity with AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the New Generation program for newbuilds, special projects, or refurbishment initiatives.
• Coordinate with shipside and shoreside teams to gather, analyze, and report data for action recommendations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and status updates; drive on-time, on-budget delivery.
