Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Program Manager to lead the New Generation program for newbuilds, special projects, and refurbishment of vessels. Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a small team of 1–2 resources handling day-to-day admin and reporting.
• Apply project management tools and IE techniques to manage scope, milestones, and expectations.
• Outline milestones, work plans, responsibilities, scope and tracking routines.
• Study operational needs to identify procedures for improvement and efficiency.
• Serve as liaison between Site office and Miami Newbuilding office; collect/share information.
• Coordinate status updates and re-align goals with shifting priorities.
• Ensure project progress is reflected in regular task/status updates.
• Monitor owner supply specification, requisition, and procurement; track budget with Finance.
• Develop monthly senior executive presentations and project reports for management.
