Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Data-driven approach with metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy from end-to-end and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, lookups, formulas).
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and scale a structured mentorship program with clear goals, success metrics, and continuous feedback loops.
• Build authentic peer-to-peer connections and create safe spaces where sellers share experiences and learn from each other.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, operations, and communications teams to integrate mentorship into our broader seller community strategy.
• Measure program impact through data-driven insights, iterate based on learnings, and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
• Develop program frameworks that align with seller needs throughout their journey, from onboarding through growth phases.
