Job summary

Amazon in Seattle is seeking a world-class Program Manager to define and build the next generation of Amazon Seller Assistant. You will partner with top-tier scientists and engineers to own end-to-end initiatives, from customer insights to shipped production features that millions of sellers rely on.

In this role you will lead cross-functional programs to improve AI capabilities, coordinate teams, and drive enhancements that raise the seller experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs and projects to improve and expand AI technology and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver products.
• Own initiatives end-to-end from customer insight to shipped product that millions of sellers rely on.
• Drive expansions of AI capabilities to reshape how sellers do business on Amazon Stores.
• Communicate results to senior leadership and drive alignment across stakeholders.
